Job Summary
The Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) role involves providing comprehensive healthcare services to women throughout pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and reproductive health stages. Our client requires evidence-based, patient-centered care, including prenatal and postnatal management, and gynecological services. The CNM will collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure safe and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Clinical Excellence in Women’s Health: Deliver comprehensive gynecological care and reproductive health assessments, managing both routine wellness and the diagnosis of common conditions within the scope of advanced practice.

Diagnostic & Treatment Management: Independently order, interpret, and act upon laboratory results and diagnostic imaging to formulate and adjust individualized patient care plans.

Perinatal & Reproductive Education: Empower patients through expert guidance on the full spectrum of reproductive health, including pregnancy progression, childbirth preparation, and neonatal care.

Interdisciplinary Care Coordination: Function as a key member of the integrated care team, collaborating closely with OB-GYN physicians, pediatricians, and specialists to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Clinical Documentation & Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous, real-time records within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to ensure accuracy in patient history and clinical outcomes.

Regulatory & Ethical Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of healthcare delivery by adhering to HIPAA privacy regulations, state licensing boards, and evolving professional practice benchmarks.
