Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Clinical Manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating clinical operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care. This role provides leadership to clinical staff, supports compliance with healthcare regulations, and works closely with providers and administrative leadership to improve workflows, patient outcomes, and overall clinic performance.
Key Responsibilities

Clinical Operations Leadership: Direct daily clinical functions and patient flow to ensure a seamless transition between administrative and care areas while maximizing service efficiency.

Workflow Design & Optimization: Strategize, execute, and audit clinical protocols and safety policies to enhance care delivery and operational consistency across the facility.

Workforce Management: Direct clinical staffing levels, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling to ensure the practice is consistently and safely equipped.

Talent Development & Mentorship: Lead clinical personnel (RNs, LPNs, MAs) through hands-on coaching, performance evaluations, and the facilitation of ongoing professional education.

Quality & Compliance Oversight: Act as the primary guardian for care standards, ensuring rigorous adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and state/federal regulatory requirements.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between physicians, practice executives, and support staff to align clinical outcomes with organizational goals.

Resource & Inventory Stewardship: Manage the lifecycle of clinical supplies and medical equipment, ensuring proper inventory levels, maintenance, and cost-effective procurement.
