Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Human Resources Manager responsible for supporting all aspects of employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This role ensures that organizational policies are followed while fostering a positive, productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition: Spearhead full-cycle recruitment efforts by collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs, sourcing top-tier talent, and managing the selection process through to final hiring decisions.

Employee Lifecycle Management: Direct the end-to-end employee experience, from coordinating comprehensive orientation and training programs for new hires to executing professional offboarding and exit procedures.

Personnel Relations & Advocacy: Serve as the primary consultant for staff inquiries and workplace concerns, fostering a positive culture while assisting leadership with conflict resolution and performance improvement plans.

Compliance & Legal Stewardship: Act as the internal guardian for employment law, ensuring all organizational policies and hiring practices remain in strict alignment with federal, state, and local regulations.

Benefits & Wellness Administration: Facilitate the enrollment and management of employee benefit programs, providing expert guidance to staff regarding coverage, leave of absence, and total rewards.

Performance Excellence: Orchestrate the annual evaluation process and support leadership in conducting objective performance reviews to drive professional development and accountability across the practice.

- Paid Sick Leave (Medix provides paid sick leave according to state and local sick leave ordinances).
- Health Benefits / Dental / Vision (Medix offers 6 different health plans: 3 Major Medical Plans, 2 Fixed Indemnity Plans (Standard and Preferred), and 1 Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) Plan. Eligibility for health benefits is based on verifying that an average of 30 hours per week during the first 4 weeks of the work assignment has been met.
