Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care, support providers, and ensure high-quality clinical services. This role involves patient assessment, treatment administration, care coordination, and patient education in a compassionate and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care Delivery: Provide high-quality nursing care within your professional scope, including the administration of medications, injections, and therapeutic treatments as directed by provider orders.

Patient Assessment & Monitoring: Execute comprehensive clinical intake by capturing vital signs and medical histories while proactively monitoring patient status and reporting significant changes to the healthcare team.

Procedural Support: Facilitate efficient clinical operations by assisting providers with examinations, minor procedures, diagnostic testing, and the collection of laboratory specimens.

Environmental Stewardship: Maintain a safe and sterile clinical environment by managing exam room preparation, equipment maintenance, and strict adherence to infection control and OSHA protocols.

Patient & Family Education: Empower patients through clear communication regarding their treatment plans, medication management, and discharge instructions to support long-term wellness.

Documentation & Coordination: Ensure the integrity of the patient record through meticulous EHR documentation while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions.

Regulatory Compliance: Uphold the highest ethical and legal standards by maintaining strict HIPAA confidentiality and following all state nursing board and facility guidelines.
