Job Summary
The Practice Administrator serves as the bridge between high-level administration and frontline patient care. You will lead the clinical team (Nurses, MAs, and support staff) to ensure safety, compliance, and excellence in every patient interaction. This role focuses on optimizing workflows and mentoring the next generation of clinical professionals.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Direct all daily practice functions to ensure peak productivity, seamless patient flow, and a premier standard of service across both administrative and clinical departments.

Financial & Revenue Management: Take full ownership of the practice's fiscal health, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and the end-to-end revenue cycle—including coding, billing, and AR performance.

Strategic Human Capital: Lead the talent lifecycle by recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative culture and ensuring adherence to HR policies.

Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Serve as the primary guardian for regulatory standards, ensuring total facility alignment with HIPAA, OSHA, and accreditation requirements through robust quality assurance programs.

Data-Driven Leadership: Utilize KPIs and financial reporting to identify operational trends, mitigate risks, and provide actionable insights for practice growth and service expansion.

Patient Advocacy & Service Recovery: Champion a patient-centered environment by monitoring satisfaction metrics and personally resolving escalated concerns to drive continuous service improvements.

Strategic Facility Oversight: Partner with executive leadership to execute long-term growth plans while managing vendor contracts, facility logistics, and resource procurement.
