Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Office Manager to oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient workflow, excellent customer service, and a positive experience for all visitors or patients. The role Includes supervising front office staff, managing scheduling and administrative processes, and maintaining smooth communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities

Personnel Leadership & Development: Direct and mentor the front office team, overseeing recruitment, shift scheduling, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-performing administrative staff.

Operational Oversight: Spearhead all daily front-of-house functions, ensuring accuracy in patient check-in/out and maintaining a professional, concierge-level environment.

Flow & Coverage Management: Orchestrate patient scheduling and front-desk coverage to optimize facility throughput and ensure seamless patient-client movement.

Service Recovery & Advocacy: Serve as the final point of escalation for patient concerns, utilizing expert problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly and improve the patient journey.

Process Optimization & Data Integrity: Continuously audit and refine administrative workflows and recordkeeping systems to enhance data accuracy and overall service efficiency.

Strategic Coordination & Compliance: Partner with clinical and operational leadership to align service delivery with organizational goals while ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA and company policies.
