Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to engage in high-volume member outreach campaigns. The role focuses on educating members about prescription savings, guiding them through account activation, and simplifying complex insurance concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound call campaigns to members, aiming for significant prescription savings.
- Guide members through a quick onboarding process to create profiles within the system.
- Consult with members to review lower-cost alternatives such as biosimilars and pharmacy channel optimization.
- Translate complex insurance concepts into easy-to-understand language for members.
- Maintain precise records of all member interactions and "accepts" within the AWS and Google Suite internal systems.
- Work toward established productivity goals regarding call volume, account activations, and successful member conversions.
Qualifications
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT required).
- 1 year of experience in a community or retail pharmacy setting preferred.
- 1.5 to 2+ years of outbound call center experience with a proven ability to build rapport quickly.
- Technical proficiency with AWS suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
Experience
- At least 1 year in a community or retail pharmacy setting preferred.
- Experience in outbound call centers focusing on sales, patient outreach, or MTM.
Skills
- Strong pharmacy foundation and communication mastery.
- Metric-driven mindset with demonstrated success in performance-based environments.
- Technical proficiency with AWS and Google Workspace.
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to work between 9am-6pm in Eastern or Central time zones, with occasional evening and Saturday shifts.
