Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Support Representative responsible for handling medical requests, data entry, regulatory compliance, and providing communication support. The role requires skillful coordination between departments and case management escalation.
Key Responsibilities
- Case Initiation & Verification: Process incoming medical requests by confirming patient eligibility, insurance coverage limits, and doctor information.
- Medical Data Entry: Accurately document clinical information using standard medical terminology to ensure files are processed without errors.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all requests meet specific state laws and company guidelines for healthcare utilization.
- Clinical Coordination: Serve as a bridge between departments by preparing files for medical review and escalating complex cases to Nurse Case Managers for further evaluation.
- Inbound Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for incoming calls, providing clear answers to inquiries or directing callers to the appropriate specialist.
- Records Management: Organize and manage office communications, including physical mail and digital voicemails, to ensure timely responses.
- Data Tracking & Reporting: Build and maintain spreadsheets to track daily workloads and produce performance reports for management and external partners.
- Training & Documentation: Create and update "how-to" manuals and digital training tools to help the team maintain high standards and train new hires.

Additional Requirements
Hybrid work schedule with training full-time in office for 3-6 months. Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with weekends and holidays off following the federal holiday schedule.
