Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. The primary responsibilities of this role include increasing membership in the D-SNP program through direct sales and marketing to dual-eligible, Medicare/Medi-Cal recipients within the assigned service area. The position involves developing a sales network, generating leads, and supporting Medicare Sales Department activities and programs.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
- Increase membership in the D-SNP program through direct sales and marketing of Medicare products.
- Develop a sales network to generate leads and provide opportunities for outreach.
- Support Medicare Sales Department activities and programs.
Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Possession within three months of hire and continued maintenance of a license to sell Accident and Health or Sickness insurance issued by the State of California Department of Insurance.
- Possession within three months of hire and continued maintenance of current AHIP certification.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Background in Medicare sales (2+ years) and knowledge of D-SNP or Medi Medi.
- Skilled in communicating complex products by simplifying information for diverse audiences.
- Experience using CRM tools, nurturing leads, and following up with potential members.
- A collaborative and professional communication style that builds productive relationships with potential members.
- Must live and reside in PST Time Zone.
Skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
