Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Licensed Benefit Advisor who will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing expertise in diverse insurance lines, specifically health, life, and supplemental coverage. The role involves translating complex policy details into clear, actionable information for plan members, ensuring meticulous record-keeping, and meeting strict deadlines. The ideal candidate will be adept at adjusting to fluctuating workloads and non-traditional scheduling requirements.
Responsibilities / Job Duties

Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements
Certifications
- Active Life and Health license in any state.
Qualifications
- Private working environment with private wifi access.
- 2+ years of enrollment season experience as a licensed agent.
- Experience with Medical/Dental/Vision and Voluntary benefit enrollments.
- Preferred English/Spanish bilingual.

Schedule / Shift
Remote Employees: Work Hours are 7-7 CST. Must be available during this entire window Monday through Friday. OT available on weekends/evenings.
Onsite Employees: Day time, evenings, weekends. Must be flexible. OT available.

- Paid Sick Leave (Medix provides paid sick leave according to state and local sick leave ordinances).

- 401k (Eligible on the first 401k open enrollment date following 6 consecutive months on assignment. 401k Open Enrollment dates are 1/1, 4/1, 7/1, and 10/1).
