Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support their HR Director and Chief People Officer with various HR initiatives and programs. The role is primarily responsible for managing full-cycle onboarding, assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining and updating HRIS and personnel records, handling credentialing processes, and ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR Director & CPO with HR initiatives and programs
- Manage full-cycle onboarding (offers, paperwork, benefits, orientation)
- Assist with recruitment processes and agency/vendor coordination
- Maintain and update HRIS and personnel records
- Handle credentialing/privileging processes
- Support open enrollment and benefits administration
- Assist in policy and procedure development
- Provide employee relations support (performance, attendance, etc.)
- Participate in committees (safety, credentialing, etc.)
- Support training programs and employee recognition initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations
- Drive or support quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of HR Generalist experience
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local HR laws
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Basic understanding of HR processes (onboarding, employee relations, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
- Healthcare HR experience (preferred)
- Experience with credentialing (preferred)
- Familiarity with systems like Paycom, SharePoint (preferred)
