We are seeking a Provider Success Support Specialist who is motivated by precision, empathy, and the desire to support high-quality healthcare providers. You will be the primary point of contact for our provider community, ensuring that every interaction—whether via phone, email, or chat—reflects our commitment to clarity and timely support.
Key Responsibilities:
- High-Volume Resolution: Manage provider inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring all issues are resolved within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Problem Solving: Research and resolve complex questions regarding billing, insurance, account setup, and platform navigation.
- Relationship Building: Act as a professional and empathetic bridge between the company and our providers.
- Operational Excellence: Accurately document all interactions in our CRM and handle backend logistics, such as provider terminations and client notifications.
- Onboarding Support: Assist psychiatric providers with e-prescribe platform requirements and partner with Account Managers to identify providers needing escalated coaching or retention efforts.
- Collaborative Innovation: Assist with ad-hoc projects and pilots to help our Onboarding and Account Management teams scale.
Who You Are
You are a self-starter who remains calm under pressure and brings a positive, solutions-oriented attitude to work every day.
- Experienced: You have 1+ years in customer service (healthcare industry experience is a major plus).
- Tech-Savvy: You have experience with ticketing systems and CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and can navigate digital platforms with ease.
- Communicator: You possess superior written and verbal communication skills and can handle sensitive conversations with grace.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a "growth mindset" and an eagle eye for detail, ensuring no step is missed in complex workflows.
- Adaptable: You enjoy the energy of a high-growth company and can pivot quickly as business needs evolve.
What Success Looks Like
- 3 Weeks: You’ve mastered the provider journey and our technology platform, and you’re already answering basic tickets.
- 1 Month: You are independently supporting the majority of provider requests across all channels.
- Ongoing: You consistently hit or exceed your SLA targets and contribute to a seamless experience for our provider network.
