Job Summary
As an Employer Liaison (Career Strategist), you will focus on external employer relations and internal student coaching, with the primary goal of achieving a 70% placement rate required by government contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Employer Advocacy & Outreach: Act as the face of our client training to the healthcare community, establish partnerships, conduct in-person visits, and extend outreach to national employers.
- Strategic Career Coaching: Develop personalized placement plans for students, train them in Revenue Cycle Management language, and oversee professional communication and application processes.
- Data & Metric Management: Manage internal tracking systems, provide regular updates on placement rates, and ensure workforce compliance.
- Employer Liaison Duties: Gather employer feedback and coordinate events to maintain student visibility in the industry.
Qualifications
- Workforce Development Experience: Familiarity with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) or similar systems.
- Recruiting Experience: Proven experience in recruiting within the Healthcare or Revenue Cycle sector.
- Metric-Driven Mindset: Ability to manage a pipeline of candidates to achieve specific success benchmarks.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Track record of building long-term hiring partnerships and understanding compliance requirements.
- Career Coaching & Strategy: Skills in market positioning, tracking systems, and interview preparation.
- Communication & Professionalism: Exceptional interpersonal skills and public relations ability.

- Strong coaching skills to ensure students are well-prepared for interviews.
