Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Coordinator to provide telephonic and digital patient support to individuals prescribed specialty medications for chronic or rare conditions. This full-time, on-site role involves patient education, therapy navigation, and coordination with healthcare providers, payers, and pharmacies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support patients through education regarding prescribed therapies and patient support program services.
- Engage with patients and caregivers via inbound and outbound calls and digital communication.
- Assist in navigating specialty medication access and insurance processes.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and program partners.
- Follow clinical protocols, approved scripts, and program guidelines.
- Identify and escalate Adverse Events according to SOPs.
- Accurately document all patient interactions in program software systems.
- Participate in required company and client training programs.
- Collaborate with supervisors and teammates in a structured office environment.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in any U.S. state.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical healthcare experience (such as RN, LPN, CNA, MA, or other direct patient care roles).
Schedule/Shift
Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (40 hours can be scheduled within these shifts).
