What You’ll Do

Room patients, take vitals, and document medical histories

Assist with X-rays, casting (on/off), and wound care

Support procedures including suture/staple removal and dressing changes
-
Train on specialized skills like custom brace molding and diabetic shoe fittings
-
Manage charting, orders, medical records, and prior authorizations
-
Provide both clinical (80%) and administrative (20%) support

Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless patient care
What We’re Looking For
-
At least 2 years of hands-on Medical Assistant experience (required)

Previous float experience strongly preferred
-
Externship experience alone will not be considered

MA diploma or certification required
-
Comfortable working in different clinic environments and adapting quickly

Experience with EMR systems
What to Expect

See 15–20 patients per day in a fast-paced setting

Work at one location per day (no mid-shift travel)

Receive training at all sites before floating independently
