Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Virtual Registered Nurse to join their team for an initial 3-month period. The primary responsibilities include reviewing lab reports, managing prescription refill requests, and communicating with patients. This role will help assess the need for this position in the future. This is a Part Time Role -20 hours a week in the EST time zone.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Lead of Clinical and Commercial Success, VP of Clinical Services, Physicians, PAs, NPs, and Registered Dietitians to deliver exceptional care.
- Support and help expand telehealth nursing processes and best practices.
- Leverage technology and clinical expertise to engage patients, improve adherence, and support long-term health outcomes.
- Provide remote education about treatment plans, test results, medications, and weight management strategies to promote understanding and adherence.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies and collaborate to refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and optimize the RN scope of practice.
- Support integration of new technologies (e.g., AI tools) and contribute to scalable telehealth growth strategies.

3–5 Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- Active RN, CA license with 2+ years of telehealth experience, ideally within a startup or early-stage healthcare environment
- Compact license a plus
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to operate independently in a virtual setting
- Technically adept with modern healthcare platforms and able to adapt quickly to new tools
- Excellent communication skills with both patients and healthcare team members
Experience
- 2 years alone in telehealth.
- Familiarity with early-stage startup environments.
Skills

- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
