Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections. The role involves conducting dimensional inspections using hand tools and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), supporting Non-Conformances (NCs), and Material Review Board (MRB) activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct receiving, in-process, and final inspections.
- Perform dimensional inspections using hand tools and CMM.
- Support NCs and MRB processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in dimensional inspection within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as callipers, micrometers, pin gauges, height stands, and tensile testing.
- Preferred experience in medical devices, operating a CMM machine, or in injection molding or plastics.
Skills
- Technical skills include proficiency in dimensional inspection tools.
- Soft skills include attention to detail and teamwork.
Additional Requirements
- Shift work available: 1st Shift (7am-3pm), 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), 3rd shift (11pm-7am).
