Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Call Center Supervisor responsible for overseeing various clinical, programmatic, operational, and compliance functions. The primary goal of this position is to ensure high-quality patient care and effective team management while maintaining regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing participant assessments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide direct nursing care and treatments
- Manage and administer medications
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers
- Plan and oversee daily activities and programming
- Develop monthly activity calendars
- Organize community outings and events
- Ensure evidence-based program implementation
- Maintain supplies, budgets, and documentation
- Supervise, train, and evaluate day center staff
- Recruit and retain qualified team members
- Lead interdisciplinary team collaboration
- Conduct performance management and competencies
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and organizational regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain safety and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN or LPN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with frail or elderly populations
- Experience in a healthcare setting (patient program)
- Knowledge of elderly care, dementia care, and care planning
Skills
- Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments
- Proficient in medication management and administration
- Maintain medical records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulations (HIPAA, safety, etc.)
Additional Requirements
Core hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM
