Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee sanitation and nursing operations in a dynamic environment. This position focuses on maintaining staff health and safety by managing sanitation procedures and addressing any chemical-related incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 3rd shift sanitation tasks with a focus on safety and health protocols.
- Provide first-aid to employees, particularly those handling chemicals.
- Maintain necessary documentation such as Sphere and MSDS for chemical management.
- Conduct occupational health assessments and handle workplace injuries.
- Monitor employee health by taking temperatures and vitals, and provide necessary care.
- Clear team members for work through health assessments and screenings.
- Support employees returning from FMLA with medical reviews.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of LPN experience.
- Active LPN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and charting.
Skills
- Proficiency in charting and electronic record management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in occupational health and emergency scenarios, such as ER or urgent care.
- Attention to detail when managing chemical or burn care.
