Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Health Information Specialist to manage medical records requests, ensure continuity of care, and support healthcare providers. This role involves working closely with hospitals, physician groups, and treatment centers to efficiently handle medical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Process medical records requests for continuity of care from hospitals or physician groups.
• Send completed documentation back to requestors, ensuring seamless continuation of patient care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in scheduling.
• Experience with EPIC preferred.

Skills

• Scheduling experience is required.
• Familiarity with EPIC is preferred.
