Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage and oversee all aspects of accounts payable activities. The role includes responsibilities such as month-end close procedures, accounts payable management, treasury and compliance activities, and participation in annual and specialized tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Month-End Close - Prepare monthly drug inventory and miscellaneous cash journal entries, and compile AP accruals.
- Accounts Payable Management - Review and code invoices, manage vendor relations, maintain AP workflow, and coordinate workflow collaboration.
- Treasury & Compliance - Process payments, prepare invoices, and maintain confidentiality.
- Annual & Specialized Tasks - Support audits, manage department relationships, and perform additional accounting duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ Years of Accounts Payable Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Preferred: Associates Degree
- Preferred: Healthcare Experience

Schedule/Shift
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
