Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated Patient Access Coordinator to join their team. The primary responsibilities include managing patient appointments, collecting and entering patient information, stocking office supplies, and coordinating with the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Checking patients in for appointments, including consent forms.
• Collecting patient demographic information and entering it into EPIC.
• Stocking office supplies.
• Communicating with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Customer Service Experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Preferred: Healthcare experience (medical admin, call center, patient access).

Additional Requirements

Fluency in Spanish is required.
