Medical Assistant (MA) – Multiple Locations (Joliet, Lisle, Naperville, Wheaton, Plainfield)

We’re hiring Medical Assistants across several locations, including Joliet, Lisle, Naperville, Wheaton, and Plainfield. In this role, you’ll support both patient care and clinic operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No specialty experience required—we’ll train you.
Schedule
- Shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
- Occasional Saturday rotation may be required
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Support
- Prepare exam rooms (cleaning, stocking, sterilizing)
- Room patients and collect vitals, medical history, and symptoms
- Assist providers during exams and procedures
- Administer injections and vaccinations
- Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and lab specimen collection
- Conduct point-of-care testing
- Take accurate manual blood pressure readings
Administrative Duties
- Schedule appointments and support clinic flow
- Document in EPIC (or similar EMR systems)
- Handle referrals and prior authorizations
- Coordinate with pharmacies, labs, and imaging centers
- Respond to patient calls and messages
What You Bring
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Medical Assistant or relevant clinical experience
- Experience with EKGs, injections, and manual BP
- Strong communication skills
Preferred:
- EPIC/EMR experience
- CMA, CCMA, or RMA (not required)
