Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Membership Representative responsible for patient acquisition. Key responsibilities include building relationships with referral partners, generating leads, and making cold calls. The role demands an outgoing and community-connected individual with a strong background in field sales, preferably in outside insurance or healthcare sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for patient acquisition with monthly metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, agents, and brokers.
- Generate leads and make cold calls to potential clients.
- Conduct events, participate in open houses, and manage patient appointments.
- Attend events and community gatherings to engage with potential clients.
Qualifications
- Active driver's license required.
- Field sales experience, especially face-to-face interactions, is crucial.
- Ability to operate Sales Force and complete tasks using Microsoft Teams.
Experience
- Relevant field sales experience is critical.
Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
- Excellent communication and community engagement skills.
Additional Requirements
- Must own a vehicle and have valid driving insurance.
- Flexibility to work beyond regular hours to attend events when necessary.
