Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Non-Sterile Production Pharmacist to serve as the clinical and operational lead. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between current operations and gold-standard USP <795> compliance. As a leader, you will build documentation rigor, lead the technician team, and ensure the integrity of GLP-1 and Functional Medicine formulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and standardize the Master Formula Records (MFRs) and batch logs.
- Oversee day-to-day production of capsules, troches, topicals, and liquids.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for GLP-1 and Peptide formulations.
- Train and mentor technicians to elevate their compounding technique.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution.
- An active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the State of Kansas.
- Hands-on experience with non-sterile forms (capsules, troches, topicals, oral liquids).
- Deep familiarity with USP <795> standards and 503A requirements.
Skills
- Leadership skills to lead, teach, and mentor in a production setting.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear guidance.
- Technical proficiency with pharmacy software such as Compounder Rx and Pestle Rx.
Schedule/Shift
Daytime hours:
- Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 9am-5pm
- Tuesday/Thursday: 9am-6pm
