Job Summary
Join our client as a Certified Medical Assistant, where you will be a critical member of the healthcare team, responsible for assisting with patient care and administrative duties to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Take and record patient vitals.
- Room patients and prepare them for examination.
- Perform EKGs and blood draws.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
- Answer EPIC in-basket messages and communicate effectively with both patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and a Medical Assistant diploma or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification.
- Proficiency in EPIC is preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Thursday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
