Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Follow Up Representative who will be tasked with the integrity and recovery of all Medicare Part A (Inpatient/Facility) and Part B (Outpatient/Professional) claims. Utilizing Epic Resolute Hospital Billing, this role ensures compliance with CMS "Clean Claim" standards before submission, focusing on resolving CWF overlaps and MSP complications.
Key Responsibilities
- AM Workflow (Billing): Manage claims billing in EPIC, resolving modifiers and registration errors.
- PM Workflow (Follow-Up): Handle 40 accounts daily, focusing on denial trends and coordination with Revenue Integrity/Coding.
- Ensure weekly billing clearance and 40 daily follow-up actions are tracked via Excel.
Qualifications
- Must have Hospital/Inpatient/Facility experience.
- Active DDE Username (Non-negotiable).
- Direct Medicare Part A or Part B experience.
- 2+ years of experience in either Billing or Follow-Up.
- High communication skills, maturity, and team-player mentality.
