Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Financial Coordinator to join their team. The role focuses on financial and budget management, project oversight, and administrative support to ensure the effective and efficient running of multiple studies. The ideal candidate is expected to manage study budgets, process reimbursements, and validate patient visit data for accurate billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Research patient visits and process reimbursements to ensure timely and accurate payments, fostering positive relationships with patients.
- Build and manage study budgets, including MCA transcription and adjustments.
- Track financial performance across multiple studies.
- Support agreement negotiations and manage payments/reimbursements.
- Validate patient visit data for accurate billing.
- Ensure tasks such as email management, coverage analysis submissions, and payment processing are handled promptly and in line with SOPs.
- Own study trackers, timelines, and reporting.
- Provide weekly updates for PI meetings (progress, risks, ETAs).
- Ensure milestones and deliverables are met on time.
- Support non-regulatory start-up activities and perform quality control checks.
- Submit and manage studies within CS-RAMS.
- Upload and maintain documentation in Latitude.
- Partner cross-functionally with regulatory teams, leadership, sponsors, and vendors.
- Manage shared inboxes and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in clinical research, particularly in oncology.
- Hands-on experience with budget management, study start-up activities, and quality control processes.
- Coverage analytics experience and experience with MCAs.
Skills
- Familiarity with systems including Encore CTMS, CS-RAMS, and Latitude platform.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Strong communicator who excels in cross-functional environments.
