Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient panel. The role requires delivering quality medical services while maintaining productivity and adhering to clinical guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Family Medicine services to a diverse patient panel.
- Manage patient volume, consistently seeing 14 patients per day.
- Maintain steady patient flow to meet quarterly productivity incentives.
- Adhere to clinical guidance and performance reviews set by the Associate Medical Director.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Physician (MD/DO).
- Strong commitment to full-time hours in a 5-day work week.
- Bilingual in Spanish or Creole preferred.
- Preference for candidates already enrolled with Medicaid to expedite the credentialing process.
Education
Physician (MD/DO). Certification must be Board Certified.
Additional Requirements
- Commitment to a 35-hour work week.
- Daily shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with one-hour lunch break.
- One evening shift per week from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Saturday rotation of half-day sessions about once every 4-6 weeks.
