Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Travel Nurse whose primary responsibilities will include providing onsite IT support at multiple locations, conducting site visits, supporting new deployments, and serving as the primary IT contact for end users. The role requires strong technical skills, particularly in a Microsoft environment, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and support hardware.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT support across multiple locations through scheduled travel
- Perform hardware troubleshooting and support (printers, devices, connectivity)
- Support desktop and end-user issues across a Microsoft environment
- Assist with network troubleshooting (e.g., access points, connectivity issues)
- Conduct quarterly site visits to ensure systems and equipment are functioning properly
- Support new site buildouts and deployments
- Serve as the primary onsite IT contact for end users
Qualifications
- Must be open and willing to travel up to 50%
- Must reside in Plano, TX or Cincinnati, OH
- Strong desktop support experience (hardware, troubleshooting, end-user support)
- Experience with Microsoft environments (M365)
- Basic networking knowledge (connectivity, access points, troubleshooting)
- Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users
- Exposure to healthcare or pharmacy environments
