Job Summary
Our client is seeking a skilled Data Entry Specialist to join their team. The primary goal of this role is to ensure data accuracy and integrity by organizing, entering, and verifying information in their systems. This position involves multitasking and requires collaboration to support the team’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter data in required formats using basic computer systems and software.
- Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and completeness; review entries for errors.
- Prepare source data for entry by organizing, prioritizing, and compiling information.
- Support team objectives by completing related tasks as needed.
- Update databases and records as new information becomes available.
- Identify and correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Create and organize spreadsheets containing large volumes of data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate’s degree in business, administration, or a related field preferred.
- At least one year of data entry experience or comparable experience in a related role.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
- Familiarity with Peerplace and SQL is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to type and input data quickly and accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including experience with filtering, sorting, and basic formulas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Hours Per Week
35 hours per week, M-F, 9am - 5pm
