Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Dental Front Office Assistant responsible for supporting and implementing processes that enhance the growth, efficiency, and satisfaction of dental practice operations. The role involves overseeing financial performance, employee engagement, and ensuring exceptional patient experience. The selected candidate will operate within the framework of our client's mission, vision, and values to achieve desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support practice processes to increase active patient numbers, production, and collections.
- Foster a positive, growth-oriented environment.
- Implement strategies and action plans to grow the patient base, production, and collections in assigned practices.
- Oversee non-clinical controllable expenses and ensure budgets are met or exceeded.
- Analyze financial performance and address areas of improvement or opportunity.
- Manage P&L to achieve practice growth targets and expense control objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, motivated teams aligned with company’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Lead recruiting, onboarding, and professional development programs for team members.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success.
- Monitor team and patient satisfaction, addressing deficiencies as needed.
- Build strong relationships with dentists and practice leadership.
- Promote a culture focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience.
- Collaborate with clinical support teams to ensure optimal oral-systemic health outcomes for patients.
- Ensure operational processes are implemented effectively and consistently.
- Partner with support functions, regional leadership, and practice teams to achieve exceptional patient care, team experience, and financial outcomes.
- Oversee finance, accounting, and revenue cycle management (RCM) processes.
- Communicate and enforce key processes and operational updates across the practice.
