Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to work closely with a concierge medicine physician in a back-office setting. The primary responsibilities include standard back office duties such as rooming patients, taking vitals, assisting with blood draws, collecting and documenting patient information, scheduling referrals, coordinating follow-up visits, and managing ongoing patient communication. The role emphasizes ensuring patient satisfaction through efficient communication and updates.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
- Back office focused MA working closely with a concierge medicine physician.
- Standard back office duties - rooming patients, taking vitals, assisting with blood draws.
- Collect and document patient information.
- Schedule referrals, coordinate follow-up visits, and manage ongoing patient communication.
- Confirm appointments, relay updates, and support patient satisfaction.
Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of back office MA duties.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience doing blood draws, or a willingness to learn.
- Experience with EClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR is preferred.
Schedule / Shift
M-F 8-5
