Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to serve as the primary relationship owner for customers. The role includes managing executive relationships, strategic narratives, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and end-to-end escalation management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong executive relationships with customers.
• Develop strategic narratives and conduct QBRs.
• Manage escalations and own the customer success journey end-to-end.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the RCM Center of Excellence, to translate customer needs and prioritize necessary changes.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to practice leadership based on deep analyses and benchmarking insights.
• Ensure positive customer outcomes and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Background in Client Success Management.
• Experience working within an RCM group or consulting group.
• Proficiency in Denials and Accounts Receivable (AR) Management.
• Preferred experience working with large Physician Groups or Digital Health companies.

Experience

• 5-8 years of RCM experience.
• Previous Client Success Management background.

Skills

• Strong commercial instinct and analytical rigor.
• Product-level thinking and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable recommendations.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm EST
