Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to serve as the primary relationship owner for customers. The role includes managing executive relationships, strategic narratives, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and end-to-end escalation management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships with customers.
- Develop strategic narratives and conduct QBRs.
- Manage escalations and own the customer success journey end-to-end.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the RCM Center of Excellence, to translate customer needs and prioritize necessary changes.
- Deliver actionable recommendations to practice leadership based on deep analyses and benchmarking insights.
- Ensure positive customer outcomes and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Background in Client Success Management.
- Experience working within an RCM group or consulting group.
- Proficiency in Denials and Accounts Receivable (AR) Management.
- Preferred experience working with large Physician Groups or Digital Health companies.
Experience
- 5-8 years of RCM experience.
- Previous Client Success Management background.
Skills
- Strong commercial instinct and analytical rigor.
- Product-level thinking and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to translate customer needs into actionable recommendations.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm EST
