We’re looking for a Licensed Pharmacy Technician to join a mission-driven behavioral health organization in Littleton. This outpatient clinic provides mental health, psychiatry, and substance use services. The team is collaborative, patient-focused, and committed to making a meaningful impact in the community.
Location: Littleton, CO
Schedule: 4x10s, rotating (7:45am–6:15pm, 1-hour lunch)
Pay: $24–26/hr ($52,000–$54,080/year)
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately fill prescriptions and manage the “Will Call” bin
- Assist with inventory control: ordering, receiving, stocking, and removing outdated items
- Operate pharmacy computer systems and POS registers efficiently
- Engage with patients and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and pharmacy laws
- Support team training and participate in departmental meetings
Must-Have Qualifications
- Current Colorado Pharmacy Technician license
- PTCB certification
- Minimum 12 months of pharmacy experience
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy practices and medication terminology
- Proficiency with pharmacy software, Microsoft Office, and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent communication, listening, and teamwork skills
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in behavioral health or clinical settings
- Ability to research and implement workflow improvements
- 2+ years of varied pharmacy experience
