Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Manager for our client. The primary responsibilities include maintaining occupational health standards in line with OSHA, managing Fitness for Duty evaluations, and overseeing infection control programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain occupational health standards for new and existing employees.
- Manage Fitness for Duty evaluations and collaborate with management and HR.
- Oversee Occupational Health/Infection Control processes including data collection and analysis.
- Collaborate with HSEQ, Clinical Management, and Medical Director on infection control programs.
- Provide education on health topics and maintain confidential health records.
- Manage Occupational Health clinical agreements nationwide.
- Work with the HSEQ department to apply the Fatigue Management Program.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; Current Arizona RN license in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- This position is designated Safety Sensitive under the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act.
- Must maintain clinical services licensure, certifications, and training requirements.
Experience
- Three years of occupational health experience.
- Three years of clinical experience.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and specific databases with high typing accuracy.
- Strong organization and time management.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
