Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Patient Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be the face of the clinic, handling responsibilities such as checking patients in, managing the schedule, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This position is within a Women’s Center, where you will assist patients with their OB/GYN needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of the clinic by managing the front desk, including checking patients in and answering phones.
- Manage and maintain the clinic's schedule.
- Assist patients with OB/GYN needs in a Women’s Center environment.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a medical office or clinic setting.
- Proficiency with Epic EHR is highly preferred.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Preferred experience in Women’s Health or Primary Care.
Skills
- Proficiency with Epic EHR and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent customer service skills and empathy in handling sensitive patient situations.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy surgical specialty environment.
Additional Requirements
- Shift options: Monday – Friday, 7:15 AM – 3:45 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
