Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Phlebotomist/Courier (DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED) who will be responsible for providing excellent phlebotomy services. The role involves managing patient volumes effectively and working independently to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the draw room. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who take initiative and thrive in a dynamic laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Start and end each day at the main office, travel to IOP/Doctor's office as required.
- Handle a daily patient volume of 25 walk-ins and around 15 patients at the doctor's office.
- Work independently in a dedicated draw room, collaborating with front desk staff for order processing.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- (DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED)
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Bilingual skills are preferred
Experience
- 1+ years of experience in phlebotomy or a related field
Skills
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Additional Requirements
- Available Monday-Friday from 7am to 7pm for an 8-hour shift within this timeframe
