Registered Nurse (RN) – Endoscopy & PACU (4x10 Schedule)
Are you an RN who loves the fast-paced flow of surgical care but is tired of the "on-call" lifestyle? We are looking for a skilled, adaptable nurse to join our outpatient endoscopy team in Washington.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity to join a high-performing team where your expertise in patient safety and recovery actually leaves you with your weekends (and holidays) intact.
The Perks: Why You’ll Love It Here
- Work-Life Balance: Four 10-hour shifts (Monday–Friday). No nights, no weekends, no holidays, and zero on-call.
- Competitive Pay: $40.00 – $56.65 per hour (depending on experience).
- End-to-End Care: You’ll manage the full patient journey from pre-op to the procedure room and through PACU recovery.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a core member of our clinical team, you will ensure every patient feels safe and well-cared for during their time with us.
- The Procedure Room: Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures, maintaining a pristine sterile field and monitoring vitals under sedation.
- Patient Advocacy: Perform assessments and monitor patient responses to ensure a smooth, safe recovery.
- Education: Be the voice of clarity for patients and their families, explaining procedures and post-discharge care.
- Quality Standards: Uphold the high-efficiency and safety protocols of a premier Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
What You Bring to the Table
The Essentials:
- Licensure: An active RN license in the state of Washington.
- Certs: BLS (AHA). Note: ACLS and PALS are required, but we are happy to let you complete these after hire!
- Clinical Muscle: Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, surgical procedures, and patient care management.
- The "Right Stuff": The ability to think on your feet, adapt to changing patient conditions, and communicate seamlessly with a tight-knit medical team.
Bonus Points (Preferred):
- 1+ years of experience in Pre-Op or PACU.
- Experience working in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
- Prior exposure to endoscopy (though we are happy to train the right candidate!).
If you’re a compassionate, detail-oriented RN looking for a stable environment and a great schedule, we want to hear from you.
