Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Web Analyst with expertise in Epic PB to design, build, and enhance systems, focused on charge router, claims, and payment posting, while optimizing workflow efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- System Build & Configuration: Design, build, and test enhancements within Resolute PB for charge router, claims, and payment posting.
- Workflow Optimization: Analyze current billing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide tier-2/3 support, resolving tickets related to PB billing, claims errors, and user issues.
- Testing & Upgrades: Develop test scripts, execute unit/integrated testing, and apply vendor updates.
- Configuring Charge Router rules, fee schedules, and reimbursement contracts.
Qualifications
- Epic PB certification.
- 5 years experience as an Epic Analyst.
- Experience with Epic or PB module implementations, preferably ECW to Epic.
- Experience in mentorship of teammates.
Skills
- Strong technical skills in system build and configuration.
- Excellent analytical skills for workflow optimization.
- Ability to provide high-level troubleshooting and support.
