Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive wellness consultations and primary care services. This role involves designing personalized health optimization plans and collaborating with lead physicians to execute sophisticated treatment plans, ensuring a seamless "concierge" experience for patients.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

• Provide concierge patient care, including wellness consultations and primary care services to a limited patient panel.
• Design and manage personalized health optimization plans, including peptides, IV therapies, and nutritional protocols.
• Collaborate with two lead physicians to execute sophisticated treatment plans.
• Manage patient inquiries via phone and text, being accessible for urgent after-hours needs.
• Conduct thorough physical exams, interpret advanced diagnostic testing/labs, and maintain meticulous electronic health records.

Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements

Education

• Must hold an active, unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner License.
• Active DEA License and NPI number.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Deep interest or experience in wellness and integrative medicine.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to provide "white-glove" service to a discerning clientele.
• Experience in concierge medicine, functional medicine, or wellness is a significant plus.
• Preferred: E-Clinical Works EMR Experience.

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Prior experience in concierge medicine, functional medicine, or wellness is a significant plus.

Skills

• Licensure: Must hold an active, unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner License.
• Certifications: Active DEA License and NPI number.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide high-touch patient care.
