Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Lead Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC). In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of clinical trials across various therapeutic areas, including General Medicine, Cardiology, and Infectious Disease. You will ensure site readiness and actively execute trials while focusing on patient recruitment and regulatory submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and organize site setup needs and finalize SOPs.
- Lead study startup activities, including regulatory submissions and essential document management.
- Engage in patient recruitment to meet enrollment targets.
- Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, vital signs collection, and sample processing.
- Maintain autonomy in managing site operations and serving as the main contact for sponsors and CROs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of CRC experience; Lead CRC or Site Manager experience is highly preferred.
- Proficient in phlebotomy and clinical specimen handling.
- Experience in General Medicine (Cardiology, Metabolic, Derm, or Infectious Disease) is preferred; Oncology experience is a plus.
- Strong regulatory experience and ability to handle tasks independently.
- Experience with CRIO is a big plus.
- Technologically proficient and eager to use AI tools for research support.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to create processes in ambiguous environments.
- Preferred: 5+ years of CRC experience and leadership/supervisor experience.
