Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Field Based Case Manager to provide safe and effective laser treatments, ensuring compliance with safety standards and treatment guidelines. The role involves collaborating with the studio team to achieve targets, maintaining a positive workplace culture, and supporting smooth studio operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and effective laser treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, treatment guidelines, and client documentation requirements.
- Build trust with clients by delivering excellent customer service and clearly communicating realistic expectations and treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accountability while collaborating with the studio team to achieve key performance indicators and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Perform light cleaning duties and assist with administrative tasks as needed to support smooth studio operations and a high-quality client experience.
- Complete required training and professional development while maintaining current and valid licensing credentials.
Qualifications
- Active NY RN license
- Reliable transportation to commute to the primary studio location
- Strong client-centered communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to sit for extended periods (up to one hour at a time)
- Ability to lift 10 pounds or more repeatedly
- High level of comfort working with and treating the human body
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong wrist dexterity and hand strength to operate laser equipment and standard office machinery
- Visual ability to assess client skin conditions while operating laser equipment
- Ability to meet employment eligibility requirements
