Job Summary

Medix is seeking a dedicated and experienced LCSW Clinical Supervisor for a long-term travel assignment with one of our valued healthcare partners. This is a dual-role clinician position designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, community-oriented environment. In this role, you will balance direct clinical service delivery with clinical supervision, ensuring the highest standards of care are met for the community while supporting the professional growth of a clinical team.

Job Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care (50%): Maintain an active caseload providing mental health assessments, treatment planning, individual therapy, and crisis intervention.
• Community Engagement: Deliver services through a community-based approach, meeting clients in homes, residential facilities, and hospitals to ensure holistic care.
• Clinical Supervision: Provide program oversight and professional development support to a team of clinicians, fostering a culture of clinical excellence.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure organizational compliance with all state and local regulations while advancing program quality and building collaborative community partnerships.
• Administrative Oversight: Balance clinical time with administrative duties, including staff supervision and program development.
• Crisis Rotation: Participate in the crisis rotation as scheduled to support urgent community needs.

Requirements

• Licensure: Active Oregon Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license is required.
• Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or program oversight role is highly preferred.
• Transportation: Must possess a valid Driver’s License for travel to various community locations.
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to mentor other clinicians.
