Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join their team. The primary responsibilities include assessing patients' physiological and psychosocial health status, implementing care plans, and ensuring continuity of care while adhering to nursing standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrates comprehensive professional knowledge and skills in accordance with nursing standards and department policies.
- Assesses physiological and psychosocial health status of patients.
- Completes patient history and documents information in patient records.
- Establishes nursing diagnosis and formulates care plans.
- Implements tailored nursing care plans and responds to emergencies.
- Practices within legal and ethical guidelines, demonstrating accountability and safe judgment.
- Participates in a Professional Nursing Organization.
Qualifications
- 6 months of OR Experience.
Experience
- Minimum 6 months in an operating room environment.
- Specialty Surgery Experience preferred.
Skills
- Strong problem-solving and assessment skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and document patient care information.
- Flexibility and accountability in nursing actions.
