Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth and sales excellence across their aesthetic and cosmetic divisions. This role is focused on enhancing "front-of-house" sales performance through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement original KPIs to track growth beyond corporate-mandated goals.
- Provide hands-on mentorship to a team of 10, including injectors, estheticians, and schedulers, to improve closing techniques and patient upselling.
- Lead the promotion and expansion of three core membership tiers and retail product lines.
- Partner with vendors and utilize Canva for marketing materials, annual open houses, and monthly specials.
Qualifications
- Experience in setting and developing original KPIs.
- Proven ability in sales coaching and mentorship.
- Experience in aesthetic membership sales strategy.
- Demonstrated success in high-volume sales growth and patient upselling.
- Ability to manage vendor relations and promotional strategy.
Skills
- Proficiency in Canva for sales and marketing.
- Product line management and promotion experience.
- Experience in the Med-Spa, dermatology, or aesthetics industry.
Hours Per Week
Typically 40 hours per week. Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 2 PM. Occasionally required to work on a Saturday.
