Job Title: Medical Assistant

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Duration: Contract-to-hire (1040 hours until eligible for permanent conversion)
Compensation: $19–$25/hr (based on experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking Medical Assistants for multiple openings across various specialties. Responsibilities will vary depending on the specialty but may include providing direct patient care, supporting providers, and ensuring efficient clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Room patients and obtain vital signs.
• Administer injections and assist with procedures as needed.
• Accurately document patient care in the Epic EMR system.
• Provide patient instructions following visits.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate care.
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms for patient visits.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association, or the ability to obtain it within 6 weeks of hire.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
