Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Metallic Machine Operator for the 2nd Shift, responsible for operating extruders and mixing equipment for metallic powder coating production. The role involves machine operation, quality control, data management, maintenance, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate extruders and mixing equipment for metallic powder coating production.
• Interface with HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems to control and monitor equipment.
• Monitor machine parameters and adjust settings to maintain optimal performance.
• Oversee batch sampling and conduct production testing to verify product specifications.
• Input production data into computer systems and maintain accurate records.
• Perform routine equipment checks and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with PPE requirements and maintain workplace organization standards.
• Communicate effectively with production supervisors and team members.

Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Computer literacy with ability to interface with HMI systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Ability to drive a forklift.
• Understanding of quality control procedures and testing methods.
• Must understand, speak, and write English proficiently.
• Great attitude and professionalism with reliable attendance and punctuality.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) Monday-Friday consistently.
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed based on business demands.
