Job Summary
Join our client as a Front Office Coordinator. You will be the first point of contact for patients, vendors, and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. In this role, you will support daily operations by managing administrative and clinical responsibilities under the guidance of the Practice Leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately manage and update provider, insurance, and patient records.
- Coordinate, schedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Explain treatment plans and financial obligations to patients.
- Maintain professionalism in fast-paced situations.
- Support overall practice operations and meet expectations set by the Practice Leader.
- Assist the clinical team, including operatory setup and instrument sterilization.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Experience with dental insurance in a dental office setting.
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft practice management software preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations, HIPAA privacy standards.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and dental practice management systems.
- Respectful, team-oriented work environment skills.
- Commitment to patient comfort, quality care, and satisfaction.

Additional Requirements
The role requires working Monday to Thursday from 8:45 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday from 7:45 AM to 3:00 PM, and Saturday from 7:45 AM to 2:00 PM, with Saturday work initially required every week, becoming rotational eventually.
