Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Clinic Medical Assistant to join their team. The role involves a mix of clinical and administrative duties, focusing on quality of care rather than productivity. The ideal candidate will split their time between clinics as needed, with the majority of their time spent at the Lynnwood clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform clinical tasks such as rooming patients, taking vitals, and assisting providers.
- Handle administrative duties, including referrals, prior authorizations, scheduling, and insurance.
- Support clinics in Mill Creek, Redmond, and Lynnwood as needed.
- Work with a focus on quality care over productivity.
Qualifications
- DOH Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or MA-C)
- BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association, Red Cross, or Military Training Network
- Vaccination attestation/documentation for COVID and Hep B required
- Comfort with primary care setting (prioritized)
- EPIC/MyChart or other EMR experience preferred
- Background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics preferred
- Up to 12 months post-certification experience preferred
Additional Requirements
- Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule, with some clinics offering extended hours.
- Willingness to work in multiple clinic locations as needed.
